Waist to ankle:

50-62: 33-37 cm

62-74: 37-43 cm

74-86: 44-51 cm

86-98: 51-59 cm

Preferably wash at 30 degrees and line dry.

Most things can withstand the dryer, but like all other clothes, they don't look any better.
