56-62: 29 cm

68-74: 33.5 cm

80-86: 37.5 cm

92-98: 42.5 cm

104: 44 cm

Sleeve from shoulder to wrist:

56-62: 19.5 cm

68-74: 24.5 cm

80-86: 29 cm

92-98: 33.5 cm

104: 36 cm

Preferably wash at 30 degrees and line dry.

Most things can withstand the dryer, but like all other clothes, they don't look any better.
